to join our team in Bratislava.

Help Desk Technician in Quintiles
• Using remote control tools solves 80% of calls on the first interaction with the customer.
• Analyze data points from monitoring tools and reporting systems to determine the root cause of a problem and perform the necessary functions to resolve the problem.
• Adhere to establish IT policies, procedures and standards and ensure conformity with IT systems goals and procedures
• Provide management with information regarding problems that are server in nature or that exceed target dates
• Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the day-to-day operating environment, available tools and client/business applications
• Maintain a working knowledge of Service Desk andIT Operations Procedures related to ITS
• Provide assistance in the areas of Site Support and project specific assignments
• Provide training to users as needed

The ideal candidate profile

• At least two years coursework completed towards Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field + advanced English language skills
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English as well in Slovak.
• Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills
• ITIL certification preferred
